Pizzas can be made for individual guests, or cut up and put on my buffet boards to share. You can get hands on and involved with the dough, or let me do all the hard work while you sit back and relax... it's up to you!

And to make things even better, at the end of your event, any pizzas that haven't been eaten are boxed up for you (or your guests) to be taken away and enjoyed the next day!

PLEASE NOTE: Timing is key! If there is going to be a rush for pizzas at the beginning of food service, I can arrive early and part-cook some of your pizzas, then flash them through the oven at service time to finish them off. Still fresh and delicious... just faster when there are lots of hungry mouths to feed!
For example:
- I recently served 70 pizzas in 35 minutes for a school prom. I precooked all pizzas over the 3 hours before (with an additional staff member) and then flashed them back through the oven for service.

- For a recent 90 pizza wedding, (with an additional staff member) I part-cooked 50 of the pizzas in the 2 hours before service and then these were flashed through the oven at service time. The other 40 pizzas were then cooked over the next couple of hours to keep the buffet table topped up during the evening and the last few leftovers were boxed up for the Bride and Groom and their family to takeaway to have the next day.
