I am fully committed to strict hygiene procedures and carefully follow the Food Standards Agencies, Safer Food guidelines. To this end, I make every effort to keep allergens separate and take care to minimise cross contamination between toppings but due to the nature of a busy market stall, I cannot always guarantee this.

Food preparation has taken place following these same FSA guidelines in a registered, home environment, and even though great care has been taken, other allergens may be present.

My 1st Love

It has always been pizza for me! Whenever I got a chance I would be ordering a pizza and it would always have to have pepperoni on it. My tastes over the years have luckily developed but this pizza still has a special place in my heart.

Gnarly G​

The goats cheese on this naughty little pizza gives it a special little kick along with its red onions and home made pesto drizzle. Named after the wonderful Jonny at Gnarly Tree Clothing (who has been both inspiration and massive help with designing and pizza testing), the Gnarly G is a delicious choice, even for those who normally have a more carnivorous side...

Picture Perfect

Named after my good friend James, for his outstanding photography and general awesomeness, this, the most photogenic of all pizzas, has become a firm favourite amongst my friends. Delicious, Spanish chorizo, fresh red onions and rocket with a sweet kick from the peppadews. This is one well balanced piece of dough! (James prefers it without the rocket but what does he know!)

Plant Based Nosh​

Plant based eating was an area that I knew little about until the awesome Tan from NOSH Snacks helped to educate me in the ways of the plant... I never knew there were so many tasty alternatives. The flavours in the plant based bacon compliment the red onion and peppadews well to create a particularly tasty treat!

This tasty bit of crust has all the hallmarks of an outstanding pizza! Flavour filled prosciutto, portobello mushrooms, black olives and rocket come together in something that is deliciously divine. Inspired by the totally amazing, most wonderful place on earth that is Draper's Yard in Chichester!

Plant Based Wanderer

A delicious combination of tasty plants, this pizza is inspired by my good friends Rosie and Ben who have helped me out with taste testing and plenty of questions about plant based living! Roasted aubergines, courgettes, portobello mushrooms and black olives compliment the sauce and dough beautifully with the added flavour of Zest for Taste's garlic oil.

Feel the Heat​

Wow! This delicious pizza really packs a punch! Inspired by one of my good friends and colleagues Rob, (he likes all things hot!) it boasts spicy 'Nduja sausage and sweet peppadews to bring the heat. Definitely not for the faint of heart, get ready for a taste explosion.

Dream Team​

This delicious pairing takes an old classic and gives it a new twist. Caramelising the pineapple gives it a little something extra special, perfectly combining with the beechwood smoked ham. Thinking of perfect combinations, my Dream Team pizza is inspired by the brilliant team I get to work with in my other job as a primary school teacher!

Oakmere's Gold​
​
It's clear to see that Oakmeres Farm Shop has some of the best produce around as well as them being an all round fantastic team of people. I wanted to showcase some of this quality in a delicious pizza. This pizza definitely works best fresh and also with a knife and fork... I also love the added challenge of getting a raw egg on a pizza, into the oven without scrambling it! Egg-cellent!

First created by request for a private event, this BBQ pulled beef has become a firm favourite when on the menu, nearly outselling my pepperoni pizza! A perfect combination of sweet BBQ sauce, tasty cheese and mozzarella, customers are never disappointed.

Sweet Tooth

The first of my pudding pizzas, the delicious sweet tooth was named after our good family friends, the Rayments, who are well known for their love of all things sweet. A stewed apple base (with a pinch of cinnamon) is generously covered with an oat crumble topping and then finished with a delicious salted caramel drizzle.

Chocolate Fix

My idea for a chocolate pudding pizza came with a bit of a dilemma; the Nutella couldn't take the heat while the dough cooked... but luckily for me in stepped Grace, with her ingenious idea of using banana as a sauce to fix my problem and keep the dough in place. So here it is... a delicious chocolate/banana covered base with Nutella, toasted mini-mallows and crumbled digestives sprinkled over the top.
