

My Ingredients
Quality ingredients, properly prepared are at the very core of my pizza making ethos!

Flour
To get the perfect pizza, I only use the finest Caputo Pizzeria flour, milled in the Naples region of Italy.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes are everything in pizza and these San Marzano D.O.P. are the best around! Grown on the foothills of Vesuvius, they are perfectly sweet and full of flavour.

Dream Team
For my pineapples, I take whole rings, and then caramelise in brown sugar before cutting up and serving giving it a beautiful sweetness. This is coupled with Beechwood Smoked Ham, freshly sliced from the butchers!

Red Onions
I'm not crying, you're crying! Cut the night before to keep their freshness, these crunchy beauties are worth the tears...

Pesto Drizzle
My homemade pesto drizzle is the perfect accompaniment for my Gnarly G pizza. Basil, extra virgin olive oil, Percorino, lemon juice and a little garlic paste.

Plant Based Wanderer
This delicious slice of nature comes complete with sliced courgette and roast aubergine, fresh from the oven the night before.

Plant Based Nosh
Finding quality plant based ingredients can be tricky so I'm very happy with my Green Vie Mozzarella and Vivera Plant Bacon on my Plant Based Nosh!

Sweet Tooth
Like many of my other pizzas, I make all aspects of this pizza from base ingredients. I'm particularly proud of my salted caramel drizzle which I cook up the night before.
